Then you deserved it. The blacklisting occurs automatically due to people stealing other people's hashes and other deviant behavior.
 
Some hacks of emule block certain clients automatically for stupid reasons. Just because you're blocked from one client doesn't mean you're blocked from the community. I ignore the stupid notices that I'm blocked. They seem to happen most when I update emule with an "official" update. Their loss.
 
thx for your reply, this happened rite after I updated my emule to v0.30a. but now seems okay, some files are downloading now. emule is a good program but the only thing is that its download is a bit slow. my total combined download speed is about 70 kB/s......
