I don't know if any of you have shopped at EMS computing but I have picked up a few things and they have worked great for me. A while back they were moving and alot of orders were delayed for a week or so. Well I noticed they just updated everything on there site with 100% goal on customer service. They normally have the best prices around, I bought a 19"Sony Monitor from them for 60$ less then everywhere else on the net. Give em a try.
 
Not only does this sounds like an ad to me, but it was a lot worse than a one week delay for a lot of people.

After the way you guys handled my last order I don't think I'll be taking you up on that gift certificate. I still get a foul taste in my mouth whenever I see the name EMS. It's kind of funny really....my order was cancelled because "we will be unable to ship in a timely manner". That's what the reason given was. Then, my money was kept for weeks (money which I had to pay interest on, thank you very much), a refund wasn't issued in a TIMELY MANNER!

I've never been fvcked so bad (and treated like sh!t so bad) by anybody as I was by them, and I was happy as hell every time I saw there rating drop a point on ResellerRatings.

Well I saw all the delays, back when that happened. All I know is they came through for me. I started a post back then how who got there orders, and yes alot of us were delayed or cancelled. I do not work for them I am just happy with the prices I got and am going to do future business with them, espiecally with a better website.

You mean you'll continue to do business with them because of their newer, better laid out Web site? Huh? The Website might have a fresh, new look, but it sounds like the same bastages are still running the place. That doesn't make it any better, though.

Obviously an AD. Lock it. No one shops somewhere because a "better website". At least, not the people here.

Let me guess, EMS is going to have a free shipping special to introduce its new Web site. The only catch is that they haven't load tested the site, so it will crash once the orders start coming it. Then, the lucky few who actually get to place an order will get cancellation notices, even though their credit cards were charged two weeks before.

EMS can rot in hell.

I recently got some Logitech speakers from EMS. Took forever, then when I got them they seemed defective (black plug for rear speakers was totally dead). Sent 2 emails: one to logitech, one to EMS. Logitech responded the next day with some suggestions, including trying to plug it into a discman (this actually remedied the problem and I then had my 4 speaker surround sound). I got an RMA request pending email from EMS like a week and a half later. Scary. Luckily, I will not have to send them back, but I don't think I want to go down that road in the future with this company.
