Ordered Viewsonic P95F+B Sat night, at 4 am i get confirmation, but no further shipment emails yet. I have NOT been billed as of 10am today

I ordered a case on the 29th and my credit card was charged the same day. A question for those people reporting that they have not been charged, how are you verifying that you have not been charged? Have you called you credit card company? or how?

Of the 5 cards that I can check online, only 1 will let me check for recent transaction that are not currently due to be paid.

Alright. I ordered the Samsung 955DF Saturday night. Early Sunday morning i got an order confirmation in my email. So far thats all I've gotten.

I ordered the Antec SX600 on Saturday 1am, Confirmation Email 4:41am, billed Tuesday morning. No email on shipping yet...

I ordered the sx1200. Billed immediately. Got order comfirmation, but no shipment or tracking confirmation. Surely someone from here or phatwallet lives close enough to them to check into things for the group? With their prices and the free shipping, I am guessing they sold probably 10-50 times their normal sales, since starting the free shipping. Even if the aren't going out of business, they will surely have a hell of a time filling all the orders correctly and timely, if they are infact moving, as someone stated.

Ordered Antec SX830 early on 07/29/02. EMS stated processing may take 1 to 2 days.

I knew their reseller rating has been low lately.

Received e-mail 5:13pm 07/29/02 showing order# and cost (59.00 + 3.54 tax + 0.00 ship = $62.54)

Visa card charged 07/30/02

I have had no other word from EMS. There is no tracking # on website.

However they probably have hundreds of orders because of the free shipping.

I'll wait for awhile to see if I get any e-mail update from them.

Note for Vinny_N: I live in Florida but I do not know where EMS is located.

I ordered an antec 1080b on Sunday morning and have not yet gotten shipping confirmation (sent them an email and got an automated reply saying they were getting lots of emails and they would respond as soon as they could) but have noticed that the stock on the case has decreased since Sunday (From 42 to 7) so the question is did they sell more then they have and that is why we are not getting confirmation or is their confirmation email and webpage in general just behind because of the move and the tremendous sale? I have previously had orders form buy.com where I got the item in before I got the confirmation email so maybe it will be like that (we can hope).

GREAT, EMS SUCKS, just got a backordered e-mail when I checked the stock before I ordered and 9 units were in stock.. they tell me if I have any reason to change or cancel my order to call them at their number that gives me some BS about they have no phone lines which btw is long distance. I've emailed them 4 times in the past 5 days and NO replies, this company sucks people, move along.. don't get raped like me. I'm never ordering from them again.

Let us know when/if you are able to use the tracking number. They can give you a tracking number without UPS actually having the package.

Actually, yes, on the 27th--no tracking number to speak of.

Since they haven?t actually responded to my email yet and their phones are useless I am thinking of sending them another email with a link to this thread, maybe seeing this will get them motivated to respond (at the very least to us and hopefully to everybody) though I think everyone should keep track of the stock of the items they ordered, since their stock numbers on the webpage are being updated, if the stock of what you ordered is depleted and nobody is getting emails saying their items were shipped then it is possible they are shipping without updating our accounts, and we may get the items before they show they were shipped, the stock of what I ordered has gone from 52 (when I ordered) to backordered now but I have not received an email saying it is backordered so I am hoping mine was one of the 52, though I guess I wont know until I get an email or get the case in.
