Empty Box. WTH?

On Tuesday 2/3/04 I ordered a Uniden Wireless PC card from Outpost.com. Airborne came by yesterday while I was not here and left the thing to sign. I sign it and put it out .So, they leave the box today and when I get home I open the box and it is empty! I see no signs of tampering. The box is crushed a little on the end, that is all. Has anyone ever has this happen to them before?
I am somewhat stuned. It is not that big of a deal as the card was only $10. I will call outpost tomorrow but I wonder what they will say. I guess its really just my word against theirs. Also, what if this were a more expensive item? What recourse do I have?
I have ordered many things online and never had this happen.
 
That's fvcked up. You should call them right away and demand your item and ship it overnight.
