better than average, not great for Eminem though. Em is one of the most talented wordsmiths of all time. The song you linked to has a dude spitting some decent multiples. But Em can do a whole verse on some crazy 3-4 word rhyme pattern with up to 10 syllables back to back to back rhyming. There are only a few poets I can think of who are that capable with the English language. It seems seems impossible to me but he can do it pretty consistent when he wants to. His verses on Jay Z's Renegade are sick examples of this. If this was the first Em song I heard I would be more impressed, but by his standards this isn't great, just listenable.
