EMI springs

OK guys I've got the brass standoffs in place 🙂. When I'm putting the mobo in, should I be applying force much on the EMI springs on the I/O shield in order to get the holes in the mobo lined up?
 
There will be some tension on the EMI springs to get the holes to line up. Just watch the springs as your doing it so they don't get bent the wrong way.
