type "edit batchfile.bat"
where batchfile is the name of the bat.
Then type in what you want to do.
Example:
Running Visual Basic
type edit VB.bat
<<file opens>>
cd/
cd/windows/progra~1/VisualBas~1/
VB.exe
<<save file>>
<<close file>>
run by typing "VB" in DOS (I think from any directory, but will work from the root directory
