Emergency Help - Windows XP Shell disapeared!

I got this theme off the net. After installing it, the windows start bar went black, and so did each and every window within Windows, the shell is gone, I tried guessing where the display window was to try switching back to the default Windows Theme but to no avail. All windows bars and windows pitch black.
In Safe mode it looks fine, but as soon as I enter windows it goes to the NO Shell look.

How can I solve this , does anyone have a clue?

Had the same problem. I was able to boot to last known good configuration.

System File Checker? sfc /scannow should at least get you back to default or classic theme by replacing explorer.exe, winlogon.exe, logonui.exe, and other related files. after that, use display properties to switch back to a working theme.
