There are a bunch of minor inaccuracies on the technical details, but overall it's a good assessment I think.

hah. i was perhaps too pissy with my original post. It just bothers me that some many of us nerds are out of work while these people have jobs, posting inaccuracies in major publications.
 
Tech articles in newspapers and other mainstream publications, like auto articles, are almost always lame to some degree -- sometimes howlingly so.

Write a pissy letter to the editor. Imagine yourself as a retired English general dressed in tweeds and speaking with an exaggerated Oxford accent as you do so. Get indignant, stay indignant, burst a blood vessel and die!
