emails show up twice in outlook express

i've had this problem for awhile. the same emails would appear twice when i access outlook express. i've just deleted them twice... but it's getting kind of annoying.
i use outlook express with my hotmail account.

any ideas on how to fix it?

Always happens to me, never been able to figure it out. Just replying to subscribe - anyone figured it out ?

Try this suggestion, if it does not work just undo the steps.

Tools | Accounts
Select the Mail tab
Select the Properties button
Select the General tab
Remove the checkmark "Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing"
