I received three 'mail undeliverable messages' in my inbox at around 12:30. I didn't send anything today.

For a second I thought this was a clever spam message, then the virus idea possibility to mind -- a spammer is using me to send junk mail! I checked my sent items, nothing was there. I use yahoo mail in Outlook; I set my attachments security to high, and I use the 'restricted sites' zone.

I just thought of something.. The spammer could have merely used me as the sender address.

Can someone help me make sense of the headers?

SO HOW'S YOUR LOVE LIFE?

For many modern women, the answer is "Not so hot." Studies have shown that
women achieve orgasm during intercourse only 25% of the time-many women end
up "faking it," or just going through the motions. That adds up to a lot of
sexual frustration!

But now there's finally the same kind of sexual help for women that medical
science has provided for men. It's called VIACREME, and it comes from the
Pfizer family of healthcare products.

The spammer could have merely used me as the sender address.

They did if your email is in bold below twice.
