Email transfer software

G'day all,

I have moved to a new isp(comcast) but I want to keep all outlook express emails that I have accumalated on the Charter account. I have backed up with genie backup encase something happens but I have no idea how to get my email to transfer to the new account. Does anyone know of a software program that will let me do this? I tried to export the charter email but that didn't work. Comcast provided me with a program called easychange but for some reason my system is saying you can't do that. Their techies have not been able to solve the problem. It would be from outlook express to outlook express.
Any help with this would be great.

If you use Outlook or Outlook Express, your old mail will just remain in that program. No need to transfer. If your were storing your mail on their server, I dont think there is any way to transfer it to the new Comcast online.
