Email problem :(

Lonyo

Lifer
I got an "upgraded" service, that said I would keep my old email address, but for the past few days I have been unable to access it.

It worked fine for about 3 weeks or so, but now has stopped.

Outlook Express error message. Means nothing to me really, I was windering if anyone could suggest anything, or should I just contact customer help? I haven't tried a different email program yet, should I do that?

Thanks for any help. L

Your best bet is to contact your ISP's customer service. It sounds like your mail server address has been changed/switched. Perhaps you can check the ISP website for up-to-date mail connection information to make sure your settings match up.

Can't send any messages to their tech support 🙁

Could their entire email thing be messed up?

Can you call them to find out what is wrong? Try their website if you can to see any news or email setting changes like MrChad said.
