I'm not sure if this is the correct location for this post, but I don't know where it really fits...

My company is considering the idea of outsourcing our email rather than running it ourselves on MS Exchange; I have mixed feelings about it, but like the idea of not being paged at 2AM on a Saturday because the server crapped out. Anyway, I've searched the 'net repeatedly and can really only find small Mom-n-Pop type hosting services providing 5 email accounts up front with additional accounts purchased at 5 for $5 (or more). My company has 100+ employees and we would like functionality such as LDAP, distribution lists and perhaps IMAP4.

So my question is this... Does anyone know of a solid, stable Email Hosting company that may fit our needs?

Thanks for the assistance.

usa.net is not the quickest mail server out there, but they do offer free POP email addresses...or at least they used to, I'm not sure if they're still offering that for free.

also check out mailandnews.com they have pop mapi and with there software can integrate all your email into one package, and it's free. I can't change the firewall settings at work so it gave me problems but I tried it at home with my own firewall and works great. I was able to load 3 different pop accounts into one email reader.
