Question Email getting increased spam... more than one option?

Hi all,

We have one email address from our local internet provider that we have had ever since we started with their internet service. The problem is that over the past couple years, I am seeing an increase in SPAM coming to that email address. It's not a ton, 3-4 a day. And I am not worried about anyone here clicking on a link they shouldn't, it's just annoying. The other problem is, although we all have our own alternate email accounts for most things, there are some longstanding accounts, not all personal, that I are tied to this account. So while I can send people info about changing this email address, I am concerned about other accounts that are so infrequent I might forget about them.

Anybody have suggestions for stopping the spam or making the change?

I know this isn't the perfect group for such a question, but not sure where else to put it.

I was getting 25 to 50 a day with an MSN account.....I canceled it and switched to another provider of email.

Both iCloud and Gmail have almost no spam - FWIW.

Correct. I get no spam from those. Just wanted suggestions on blocking spam from a current account.
