I'm having troubles with my email. I use uk2.net as my email service provider, and my ISP is Demon Internet. When I try to check my email at home (both via pop3 and the website mail.uk2.net), is fails to connect. If I try from my work (which is just around the corner and uses the same ISP and exchange), it works fine.
Here are the results of a tracert from both work and home:

I've tried contacting Demon about it - but they say that it's not within their networks, and is the fault of uk2.net's servers. I've tried contacting uk2.net, and they say that it can't be their servers if I can connect from work fine. I had this problem for a couple of weeks, then I went on holiday over Christmas, and it was working when I got back. It has now however just started doing exactly the same thing.
Any ideas what I can try now?
