email client on multiple pc question

2 laptops used by 1 individual not simultaneously... both using outlook express with a gmail pop3 acct and a imap acct set up on them....

I need some recommendations on how to have these setup so that both are up to date with all emails and local folders...

The only way I can think of is have the pop3 and imap account settings done on both of them... and then transfer the .dbx files from one laptop to the other depending on which laptop I will be using for that point of time... then when switching back to the other laptop transfer over the .dbx files... and basically repeat these steps depending on which laptop I will be using.

Any recommendations on how to tackle this issue? Thanks in advance.
