too bad with our stupid minimum markup law they can't sell them this cheap here. It is $399.

I was able to get one of these today at a local walmart so the deal is still good if you can find them in stock. The link in the first post let me see which walmart(s) had them in stock. The only "catch" was that I had to ask for it specifically as it was not on display or otherwise advertised that I could see in the store.
