It did affect me directly a few years back. This lady living in my neighborhood in her late 40's used to keep an Elvis lifesize cardboard figure in her window. She worked like 3 jobs and would have groceries delivered. One time she answered her door all flushed and in her robe. An Elvis video was playing on her TV. WTF was she doing? On that occasion she asked me in, and she NEVER did that before. I think back and could have maybe had a Mrs. Robinson experience. In all actuality it wouldn't be too bad since she wasn't that bad. She just looked like she's from the late 60's with pin straight long hair to the middle of her back.
