Finally,
I got all the parts to my system and everything is working great except my Video card. For some reason I cannot change my resolution to anything higher then 640 x 480 giving less then s@#tty results. Can anyone help

You don't have your video drivers properly installed. Change your display to Standard vga, and then go into add/remove programs and remove all the old video drivers. Reboot and then reinstall the new drivers.
