Unquestionably so, yes. But this is simply from observing his lifetime of espousing plain Nazi ideology and supporting Nazi parties and movements across the world. I mean, also don't forget he and his father's life mission to repopulate the earth with their "superior white uber seed." This isn't speculation--this is them in their words, over generations.
There is no mystery here, as this is what papa and pupa Musk have long talked about, and they have published. I suggest not being on the wrong side of history when it comes to things like this. Equivocating on the facts of the matter, especially when these people are loudly bashing you in the head over exactly who they are and what they want, is not going to be a good look decades in the future when the dust clears from their machinations (again, do use history as a guide for what people exactly like Musk, loudly yell exactly what they want, and end up doing exactly what we know they will do. Also, be cautious with history because the future isn't written. Evil can always win, and it's very easy to do so when apathetic people that pretend what is true, maybe isn't true, let it happen).
Calling out people for exactly who they are isn't being "closed minded." There's no intellectual or moral bonus points for patiently "hearing out" what the Nazi wants to say and standing buy and letting them do exactly what they want to do, just to be certain that they did do exactly what they always wanted to do.
