How come he hasn't read the theory that blackholes are the gateway to another dimension? I wish he would abandon the Mars crap and just create a self sufficient megaspaceship and go on it with his billionaire friends for a decades long trip to the nearest blackhole.

Just tell him the "woke mind virus" cannot survive the gravitational forces of a blackhole.

Yea knowing these assholes they'd just create the singularity here and use the earth as fuel

An actual one? No. It's not an engine, it's just an object that very, very slowly evaporates.
Mind you that Dark Elmo actually creates the black hole here on earth. I was going off something like this

And figured that if you want it to stay around for something "useful" you'd need to pour energy/mass into it ... Hence the earth as fuel. Is it misconceived?

Not enough time. It's like trying to light a candle in a hurricane. The circumstances that would be required for a nanoscopic singularity to grow large enough to not immediately evaporate would be a once-a-billion-year event. The technology to even do it intentionally is far, far beyond us.

So there is a chance?

So there is a chance?
Sure. There's also a chance you'll spontaneously dematerialize into quantum objects and rematerialize, intact, on the other side of a wall (can actually be calculated). That doesn't mean it'll happen in the lifetime of this universe, however.

So basically, he will program Grok 3.5 (4) to remove any facts he doesn't like/want. Got it! AI is only as trustworthy/factual as it's programmers want it to be, and since it is nothing more than a computer program, it can be manipulated just as any other software.

It's just the new way to influence people who want to outsource thinking.

Replace Fox News with Grok!

Tesla taxis launch to great fanfare. 🤣

It's more like a publicity stunt.

Meanwhile Waymo is doing something like 1 million, real paid rides/month (without a safety driver), and I'm not sure even Waymo is much of profit generator.

look who just figured out that the GOP reconciliation bill which nukes EV credits and puts new taxes on wind and solar power generation is in fact really bad for him
Did you miss the episode in May where Elon blew up at both the bill and Trump for being dumb enough to support the bill?
Elon has long since regretted his $350 million purchase of the white house.
