I really don't think her face looks like Ellie at all. An earlier version of Ellie did look more like her but still not THAT much.
 
I had no idea who she was...but from the sounds of it, she was never really "on the market" to begin with...

she sorta cute but has basically zero sex appeal. if she took off all her clothes and spread out in front of me id probably pass. she has no chance of ever becoming a leading lady in hollywood, and there arent that many good quirky juno type roles. on top of that she probably pretty old at this point and will be going into forced retirement soon anyway. at least now people are talking about "that chick from juno" for the first time in 10 years

that would be according to dailymail, i dont even know who those dudes are. actually ive seen pic of her and skaarsgard. hes like 6'4", and shes like 3' tall, it looked ridiculous, for him it would be like screwing an elf

they look alike... ignoring the similarities is stupid

There were stories about it when the game first released, and Ellen Page even spoke on Reddit about it. It's not like only a handful of people think so.
