Elite vs Premium?

Going to be in the market for a 360 soon.

Am I understanding things right?

Elite = 120gb, BLACK, zephyr core
Premium = new falcon cores



so it's a trade off between new core or black finish?

I think some Elites are falcon as well and they also come with an HDMI cable.

Premium is the better deal but that extra HD space makes the Elite tempting not that they've got downloadable xbox(1) games.

That's why I got the Elite. Order of importance to me:

1. Black
2. 120GB hard drive
3. HDMI (When the Elite came out, it was the only 360 with HDMI)

I have no regrets. I LOVE my Elite, and if I had to get another 360 for another room, it'd be an Elite too.
