I started watching watching 24 this season (4) and just HAD to go rent seasons 1 and 2.

So far, I have watched the whole season 1 and am currently in the middle of season 2.

WHY THE HECK IS JACK DAUGHTER SUCH A RETARD?
I used to think Elisha Cuthbert was a hottie, but after watching 24, I HATE how stupid her character is and that just destroyed any sexiness she might possess in real life.
The stupid girl falls for the idiot that kidnaps her in Season 1 and now in season 2, she's telling everyone about the nuclear bomb in LA...what a DUMBASS.

I just had to vent..lol...
 
let's see how you turn out after being kidnapped twice, beaten, almost stabbed, nearly executed next to your mom, almost drowned, and escaping a car going over a cliff. And that's just season 1!
 
Don't you ever call her a dumbass agian! LOL! Seriously, it's just a show. If she was like this on all the shows/movies she did then I could see a pattern emerging making you think she actually is one but it seems she has taken a role in different situations so you can't say that she doesn't diversify.
 
who cares if she's retarded, she's hot. and its nice for once that the girl doesn't become a "kick ass girl power chick" all of a sudden..
plus, its the excuse that allows her character to keep getting into those situations. smart would be boring..and less convenient
 
if you think her character in seasons 1 and 2 are bad, watch her in season 3.

I didn't think her character came off as much of an airhead at all... I've only seen season 1 and part of 2, and so far, she had I counted 3 good escape attempts. That girl knows when to get the fvck outta there!
