also you might just come off as a dork if you try to open all 3 of them...
let her off the elevator first and then try to get at the 1st door i'd say... let the rest just play itself out its no biggie
The door is too close to the elevator to make it there first if you get out second. Also, the first door is a door you push to open, so it doesn't really make sense holding it open. Its actually the door to the stairwell as you have to walk down to the next floor (elevators only stop every 3 floors). You can't really run past someone going down the stairs either. The next 2 doors you pull to open, so those make more sense to hold open.
The best strategy is to probably get out of the elevator first, push the first door open and let the ladies follow me in. Pull the 2nd door open and let the woman go through first. She'll then open the 3rd door and I'll follow her in.
Note, they never hold the door open for me, so the "taking turns" approach doesn't work in practice.
And stairs aren't an option either as I'm on the 32nd floor.

Solved in several ways
1 > Take stairs = no elevator
2 > Let her get off first, don't worry about doors
3 > Talk to her = same position to doors, therefore you can open them all, whilst striking up a conversation.
4 > Open them all by running ahead each time = looking like an over eger beaver wanting so hard to be noticed but ends up looking like a pleb.
I would try 3 first then if no lucky try 2

I took an office etiquette course at work and they explained a new "twenty first century etiquette":
door holding: the person who arrives at the door first holds it for everyone else
elevator exiting: whoever is closest to the door gets off first
meal paying: the host, or whoever asked the others out for the business lunch, pays the tab
coat helping: if someone's struggling with his coat, give him a hand. Otherwise, allow people to put their coats on themselves.
load carrying: a person of either gender typically appreciates an offer to help carry a heavy or awkward load
respectful standing: it's still considered polite to rise to greet someone, especially in business situations in which you're greeting a client or superior. it's not necessary, however, to stand each time a woman returns from making a call or visiting the restroom.
chair seating: it's no longer necessary, or even acceptable, to presume that a female business contact needs help with her chair. On the other hand, people of either gender who truly need help will usually ask.
