D'pends. We're working on a modular reset right now, which means most everything in the dept. is changing. The stuff that oslama listed looks like stuff that came down from our home office as clearance price changes a few weeks ago.

Some stores might discount those prices further, but most will wait until the HO allocates the money to us to mark them down further. Myself, I say screw the system and price them lower just because I'm sick of looking at it sit there and I know it'll prol'ly make someone happy. :p

For example, we've been sitting on a bunch of TiVo's at my store. Turns out, we're no longer going to be carrying them. (at least, not this particular model at my store) So, we clearanced them out on the store level to ~$200. I'm just hoping they're still around when I get paid. :D

Also have actiontec win modems for 32.00..seen 4 of each there...I paid 90.00 for mine a year ago..

We have walmarts all over missouri and they won't pricematch each other! I'm wondering what's up with that? I found some deals at walmarts similar to those posted and bought them, but when i took the receipt to another walmarts they said they won't pricematch another walmarts (i did this at 3 different stores). They said they will only pricematch a non-walmarts store??!!

No, we won't pricematch our own stores. Why? Because all of a sudden, we've decided to become "competetive" with real stores. :p We have to check Best Buy, CompUSA, Circuit City and some local stores as well as Shopko/Target/K-Mart to make sure our prices are low. So, my store considers all of the above to be our competition because they're within a 5-10 mile radius. So our prices are going to reflect that as they're lower than what our home office says they should be.

Now, another store, in the same city, won't have that competition. They might only have a Target in area to worry about. And since both Wal-Marts belong to the same corporate office, we're not going to comp each other. Why? Because the money still goes to the same place. And because we aren't in competition with each other. (Technically, we are in sales, but, eh.)

As to how much the Sidewinder w/force feedback is, I dunno. We don't carry 'em at our store. Sorry.

We've got one of those ActionTec's left too. If I remember right, it'll work in linux as well.

Off the top of my head, I couldn't tell ya. I think one said 212 on the top... I'll go in and check on it. Keep in mind though, these prices are only for my store since we were the once that started the markdowns on the TiVos. Other stores would probably still have them at the normal price.

Everything will vary in price because each store/region is doing mods at different times. Mods are when we get rid of the old junk we aren't selling anymore;)(good junk) and rearrange and move everything around just to make us learn where everything is at again:)

definitely storewide in the mid-south and checking other walmart posts in the search, it's probably everywhere else also
before somebody goes to the store and looks at the price on the shelf and comes back here whining that the price isn't correct, at least SCAN IT YOURSELF FIRST
good luck finding these -- even in rural areas, it's getting blowed out
