ecigarettes. What an invention. FAA approved. No carcinogens. No smell. etc.

A co worker of mine showed me his new e-cigarette...WOW. I really am amazed. He said he has done some research, and he is using Red Dragon brand. He says these are best because its only a two piece unit, and you get a new vaporizer each refill. He says one lasts his about the same as a pack. He fired this thing up and holy shit...it looks like SMOKE! But of course it's just vapor and dissipates. He let me try it, and I have to say the draw and the inhale feels EXACTLY like a real ciggy.

Im not looking to educate people on this, just opinions on who is using it. Have you quit regular cigs completely? How is your experience? What do you like or not like about your brand? If you have no idea what Im talking about, CLICK ME!

My friend has one. I took a drag off it (I don't smoke), and was pleased that it didn't burn like wildfire sin the way a real cigarette does. But nicotine has never done anything for me, so that was the end of it... It seems cost is the only prohibitive factor, but it looks like it's just an expensive initial investment and then the cartridges are less than a pack of cigarettes would be.

I don't think this guy is spamming. anything that cuts carcinogens out of cigarettes for those that can't break the habit is good news in my book.

Im not going to spam links, but if you Google "electronic cigarette reviews" and "electronic cigarette forum" you will have plenty of reading material. There are also MANY very good reviews on youtube. Ive spent a couple weeks looking into it and I think Im gonna bite. Theyre very impressive.

It's interesting to note although theyre approved by the FAA for airline use, they have been "certified" as a viable nicotine cessation method which is odd considering it does the same thing a patch or gum does, just a different delivery method. I think it eventually will be.

What does the vapor smell like? Like the patches smell terrible up close. I can imagine a vaporized smell of that would stink. I'm so glad I quit smoking. I was considering these too but i was able to do it with patches and gum. I don't think people should fool themselves into thinking these ecigs are safe, just probably safer then the real thing. These don't have a long history of usage to study either but again, lesser of 2 evils I guess. No 2nd hand smoke is a big one too.

Just ordered one of these from Red Dragon. I've been looking to quit smoking, even though I enjoy the habit, so this has the potential to do the trick.

Thanks OP.

Red Dragon just seems like a shady name for a company. But I'd like to get these a shot.

Actually, considering that Red Dragon seems to be pretty big in recruiting people as Distributers, the OP may in fact be plugging his own business?

Sorry to be suspicious.

I saw these at a Kiosk at the mall. I don't smoke so I didn't look too closely, but I thought the foreign guy selling them looked weird smoking an electronic cigarette in the mall.

After watching alot of reviews on youtube I ordered one. I was thinking that it was going to save me money as well.. but after I ordered, it hit me that the only 2 shipping options are $8 and $10.. so when I have to order replacement cartridges it's actually going to cost more than actual cigarettes. Unless I can find some local smoke shop that sells the cartridges.

I'll leave a review myself once I get my hands on it.
