Is it true that electromigration will only occur if the cpu is above its temp limit? Or is it also possible to happen for overclocked cpus with cool (35c below) temperature? Just curious.
 
you could probably have one running at 50C, at stock voltage, non-overclocked, nad it would probably have un-noticable em signs over its lifetime...
