I saw a few pages a while back with people experimenting with apparently impossibly efficient generators which was theorized as generating the extra power via interaction with virtual electrons.
The thing wasn't very big and was primarily coils of wires and looked alot like a transformer, I think I saw the story on slashdot, maybe a year or two ago.... anyone seen this? I've spent the last 45min trying to find info, but to no avail

It wasn't a perpetual motion machine, just looked like one on the surface, something about virtual electron interaction due to background radiation I think... If memory serves it was U shaped and the opening was down. It was also fairly small, about 8-10 inches wide I think....
