Im looking into buying a new electric razor and Im willing to spend around 100 dollars plus or minus a little. Is there anything out htere that does an especially good job? Or are they all about the same?

My dad and I both have the Braun 7526 and it does a fantastic job. It's the best shaver that I've ever owned. I even bought one for my Grandpa at Christmas. What's sweet is that it's self cleaning and always feels fresh.

The 7526 can be had for between $100 and $120. I think it lists for $139. It's the best one without adding the frivelous features like a charge indicator and LED readout.

i bought my dad one of those Norelco 'GOO' shavers for $100, he likes it a lot
I used it one day(just to see what a $100 shaver feels like) & it seems very nice compared to my Mach3

i cant decide what i perfer the braun 7526 and the new Norelco shaver... both do good job, but im kinda like the Norelco better just because its water proof (the braun isnt suppose to touch water) and i dont have a problem of cleaning it myself...

Norelco 'GOO' shaver, especially for sensitive skin.

Hell, my neighbor uses his in the shower to shave his head everyday....

I just got a Norelco 5801XL and I like it. It is a good bit better than my old Norelco 885RX (though it could just be the new blades). I don't think it is a very expensive one but it works quite well IMO.

Im kinda thinking about staying with the basic mach3 Ive been using. The only real reason I want an elctric razor is for a quick shave sometimes in the morning and I thought it might do the sideburns a little easier.

I like my Norelco, even though it's getting a little old. Mine's the rechargeable two head "speed razor." I?m going to replace it with a three head Norelco sometime. I actually like to keep both an electric and a blade around. The blade gives a more smooth, satisfying shave, but the electric is definitely convenient.
