Yeah I'm sorry but batteries are NOT going to save the environment. If anything they are going to ruin the environment. At least until we find a better way to make them, with materials that are cheaper to find and easier to recycle.

I took a class with a guy who worked at a lithium battery research company. He said attempts to recycle the batteries have been mostly a bust. The chemistry involved is way too dirty.

Have you any idea on the development of sulfur batteries! I believe sulfur is the future but only if we can fix or manipulate the expanding sulfur charge!
