Have fun in the cold white north.

Oh, is this like the Alec Baldwin pledge to move to France?

While I think polls are utter crap, you have to realize that people are not going to constantly fall for a bunch of BS that the democratic party is feeding them.

Kerry 260 Bush 274 as of now. Big swings indeed.

In case Kerry loses, here's tip: go to vancouver, its nice there. :)

There are fewer states that are "Strong Kerry" than those that are "Strong Bush".

The site uses Strategic Vision a Republican pollster. All the swing states flips to GWB on those days that this poll gets released. I think that there are lots of sites so it does swing back and forth.

It changes every day.

Ya, but this was a BIG swing.

There's no method to its madness. He uses polls from one of several different pollsters and the latest one that comes out maybe a far right-leaning poll like Mason/Dixon and it really skews the totals.

How would that help?

You forget...I'm a Republican for Kerry.

I like how you say "Bush owns us" as if this was a Kerry forum and everyone here supported Kerry.

Kerry gave up on North Carolina today. He will be pulling his advertisements and not making anymore stops there. He has effectively ceded the state to Bush.

In Ohio, Bush is up by over 5 points today.

And Kerry has lost ground Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Kerry is barely holding Michigan and Minnesota which are the Democratic bastions of the Midwest.

I am from NC and still think that it will be a tight race. Bush will win the state in the end, but he had to spend a lot more money then he counted on to do it.

In my opinion which is based on observation and not much hard fact, NC will one day (maybe 8 or 12 years from now) be a battleground state. I say that b/c I live in Charlotte, and they are a lot more for Kerry here then they are Bush. On the coast and the rural areas they are still die hard Bush fans :disgust: but the cities (Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, etc.) are slanting more to the liberal side of things.

Don't forget, Southerners usually elect democrats for in state issues (Sheriff, State House/Senate, Governor), we just have to work on them to get them to understand the big picture.

Nascar is one of the many things I could do without...
