So I'm doing french press exercises to work my triceps like this:
On the upswing everything is fine, on the downswing my elbow pops everytime now. This just started today. I lowered the weight to almost nothing compared to what I usually do and it still pops. If I do the motion with no weight at all I hear/feel no popping.
There is no pain at all no matter the weight just this popping sound and strange feeling like knuckle popping. Just my left elbow not my right. I'm right arm dominant but always work both arms the same.
So should I be concerned and stop doing this exercise or ignore it and work through it anyway?
