Everytime I do push ups my elbow makes these kinda popping-ish sounding noises, or it sometimes cracks, similar to the cracking noise people make when they crack their nuckles.
Also I feel this bone moving in my elbow when I do push ups.
Below is a animated skeleton picture of the bone area of what I'm talking about, that I can feel the bone moving is circled. I also think this is where the noise is comming from, although I'm not sure.

I don't feel any pain in my elbows while doing push ups. I always try to do perfect military style push ups, and can do up to a max of 53. I feel no pain in my elbows doing my maximum number of push ups, but I'm wondering why my elbow makes these noises? I always stretch our my arms and other body parts properly prior to doing any sort of excercise. I also drink up lots of water.
Does anyone experience similar problems when doing push ups? I have tried doing other styles of push ups to "relieve" strain on my elbows, arms & hands, but no matter what style I do my elbow always makes these noise.
