EIZO Monitor - Dual voltage?

I just moved from Europe to the U.S. and was surprised that my EIZO Flexscan F56 does not appear to be dual voltage. I have an old 15 inch monitor that is dual voltage and I and currently using it, but I am looking forward to using my EIZO again. For about $40 I can buy a transformer that will provide the monitor 220V, but I'm not sure that is really necessary. Does anyone know if I will kill the monitor if I plug it in to see if it will work.

I can't find any info about this on EIZO's webpage.
