I am consider getting an EIO Hard Disk for my printer. I know you can put files on the drive that you print copies of often.

I am not fully familiar with how they work.

What are the ways to initiate printing of a file on the hard drive. Can it be done from the printers control panel, or is it done only through the printers control panel that you can view from the computers browser.

Also how are the files placed onto the hard disk
