You can also use the AdBlock extension to locate the web address of the file and dl it that way.

to get the videos to be stored in the temp internet files so I can save them to my computer, yes

unless you can tell me how to do it with firefox
 
I'm not on my own computer right now so I can't tell you for sure. But right under the view source option there's something else, where you get to see all the images and whatever. If you click the media tab, you should be able to right click the name of hte file in question, and save it.

I could be wrong, but like I said, I'm on someone elses computer.
