I have a Headset and Headphones.

Is it possible I can make em both work at once? So a friend can listen to some music as well?

Yes. I used to do this with a discman.

You can buy a splitter from Radio Shack that will let you plug in 2 headphones.
 
A splitter is merely a Y connector. I use two headphones with my laptop when watching a movie while flying - that way the wife watches with me. Two audio ports is even better as long as they are impedence matched for headphones.
