This is a great mmo, I'm not saying this because I work for the company that make it but I'm saying it because a lot of thought and hard work was put into it to make it genuine and true to life. What do I mean? Well I was in charge of writing code to create the character of God for this game. Basically your character gets to pray at any time for anything and nothing happens. I was very careful not to let God interact with the characters/players in-game in any way. God is virtually bug free at this point and all it took was 0 lines of code. So you can imagine just how perfect the rest of the game is since God was perfected so easily.

Post of the week, easily. I cracked up.

The Sodomites, and then you specialize in fisting weapons.

ooo, great idea. I pre-ordered my account and got a few bonus items: cock ring with +3 to fisting class skills.

Not sure what I'm going to do with this one relic item they sent me, though: "Foreskin of David" +4 smite, -10 strength. :\

Did anyone else think Age of Mythology when the page loaded?

Yep. It's pretty much just another resource gathering/city building game like Age of Empires and Age of Mythology, except that the story line is based around stories from the Bible instead of ancient myths or world empires.

I'm a Christian, and I'm not really that interested in playing the game. I might try it. Just because I am a Christian does not mean a themed game, rts or whatever, is something I'd like to do. That said, it is sad how easy it is to bash someone's beliefs and/or religion and make fun of what is obviously NOT a game geared toward non-Christians or non-believers. Yes, it's an easy target. But at least the developers are trying to put out something positive that might make a difference in the world. Hey, that's a lot of what being a Christian is! How coincidental. So I say, chill out and joke about Duke Nukem or Microsoft Games, etc. that deserves some criticism.
