Am I mistaken here or is this stupid? This is being transmitted by humans now, not pigs on vacation in Tiajuana.

The slaughter of all those pigs at once won't do anything to stop spread of swine flu, and it's kind of sad that the government won't compensate the pig farmers. Will they really be able to sell all that pork? Probably not.

Egypt has a penchant for going totally overboard with the slaughter. Hypothetical: if a Moses Pig does emerge from this debacle, and he leads his fellow pigs out into the wilderness where God gives them the law, will the law require keeping kosher?
