eggs and lifespan

so considering cholesterol, salmonella and whatnot, how much does one over easy egg reduce one's lifespan?
 
1) Cholesterol in your bloodstream has almost nothing at all to do with cholesterol in your food. That is like saying eating beef means there are little cows running around your veins. That bad train of thought was disproven years ago.

2) About 1 in 10,000 eggs have salmonella inside the shell (and even then the amount is very low). Wash the outside of the shell throughly before breaking it, and you'll have no problem even eating raw eggs if you have any form of functioning immune system.
 
If you eat nothing you'll be dead in weeks. If you eat eggs you will live a lot longer. Thus eggs help you live longer.
 
I was at my uncle's house, age ~13, and he prepared us a fresh batch of taquitos. I ate one, and while I enjoyed it, I couldn't help but notice that there was something markedly different about the flavor from the ones I had at home. Looking inside there was a foreign fluffy yellow substance, which made me inquire my uncle as to its contents. His response was "Um... you mean the eggs? 😕" to which I responded "Ooooh, so that's what they taste like!" Despite enjoying them, my pickiness has forbidden me from ever trying them again. The next time I die I'll make sure to report back with my date of birth and date of death, as certainly my case will be an interesting one.
 
This is actually true. If you eat raw eggs or get poison in your stomach, you can smoke a cigarette and the smoke will smother and suffocate the poison and the toxins.

No actually you should ingest cyanide immediately after consuming raw eggs. That way you will die immediately, not allowing the egg to kill you.

Eggs aren't bad for you. It's a myth that's continued because of advertising by egg beaters and other such companies. The mere existence of those products makes people thing that regular eggs must be, in at least some way, bad.
