I suck at making fried eggs, but they would have been better. And I prefer sausage over bacon. Besides, I'm saving the bacon for BLT's this weekend 🙂

A touch of mustard would have been nice though.

Fried eggs on top of a monster bacon cheeseburger are phenomenal. Ted's has a buffalo burger called the kitchen sink. Bacon, egg, sauteed mushrooms, and a slab of ham.

Hardly. I use less than a teaspoons worth total. The mustard brings out the flavor of the other ingredients.
