Effortlessly cool

WTF a base Chevy Silverado? Things must really be a lot different in the UK. There is really nothing special nor cool about a base pickup.

Someone must have been on some serious crack/dope/cocaine/heroine/morphine/LSD/opium/peyote to come up with that list. It seems as the writer didn't put any ... efforts into writing it at all.

It's from Top Gear USA.

No one has any of their own ideas?

Well, I'm going to rule out super cars and high end sports cars because they are, by default, should be "effortlessly cool."

- Jeep Cherokee (mid-90s)
- 1980s VW Golf and Jetta
- The new Mustang
- The 1960s Mustang, specifically 1967
- BMW 3 series
- Mitsu Evo
- 300c
- Jeep Wrangler

That's all I can think of right now.

I think a lot of classic american cars from the 60's and 70's qualify. You see things like chrome strips and whatnot, but nothing on the scale of the plastichrome cladding you get on modern cars trying be tough/cool.
