this is great, i heard they were looking for IT people so i put in my resume, went for my interview today and was hired on the spot...

i'll be IT support at night, from 8pm to 8am, starts at 19.75 an hour, 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts... and the ability to get a 50 cent raise every 6 weeks depending on performance until you max out at $32/hour...that is GREAT wages for IT positions in the smal city i live in ~25,000 population.... and honestly how much shit can go wrong at night...exactly, probably not much, i see a cushy deskjob sitting on my ass all night....and if anything breaks it's not a big network, maybe 50 clients, a couple servers, they use all microsoft stuff... 2k3 server and 2k pro or xp pro workstations....


this will supplement my day job nicely.... i should be pulling in 1500-2000 a week now, effing awesome! and with our house in the country club rent coming in (they are great renters, well, for the one month they've lived there so far, they payed there rent early even, $1500/month....

I wish I were as successful. Been looking for a decent paying IT position here for a couple of months now. No luck so far.

your math fails 8am - 8pm not equal to 42hours per week, stop doing drugs. While youre at it, stop posting while youre doing drugs.

OK so there is a 12 dollar (roughly) difference. Every 6 weeks you get a $.50 raise (hahah yeah bullshit) so in


so every 12 weeks you gain a buck. so roughly every 3 months you are going to gain a buck? with maxing out in 3 years?

thats a HUGE unbelievable pay increase for an IT job.

(actually the pay would be more with the 2 hours of OT)
