So, I have this DSL modem mentioned in the title that thinks it's a firewall and is blocking ALL incoming traffic, even when it's supposed internal firewall setting is "off." Does anyone know how to get it to just pass all incoming traffic to the single LAN port instead of doing a really poor job of intelligent filtering?

I just checked [their website]http://www.efficient.com/res-pppoemodems.html[/l], and checked the link to thier datasheet. Sorryt to say, it gives no info about settting the firewall parameters. In fact, it doesn't mention the firewall, at all. :Q

Hope the manual that came with it has more info. If you got it from your DSL provider, maybe they can give you some more info.
