Sad thing, as long as my father has been around, he probably could have done it all single layer. (He was still doing through-hole designs up until recently because of the machinery he had).
So... what kind of production facilities do you need? I know someone who can get it done... 😛 (Yes, my father owns an assembly and manufacturing facility too...)
