I'm working at an internship for a non-profit organization and i received this email:
Edit: Heh, i should read the email more carefully. But anyway, do any of you have any good leads?
Hello,
Does anyone have any recommendations for educational sofware to assist
participants with learning disabilities to understand computer basics,
including the computer components, what a hard drive is, where to save
material, etc.? We have participants who are very enthusiastic about
learning the computer, and are looking for software to use on their own on
home computers. Software that used lots of pictures to teach material would
be helpful, as the learning styles and abilities vary. If you are unaware
of specific software but know of any sites that review material for
participants with learning disabilities, that would be helpful as well.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
