you need to take the tests again, because I think you are remove from the list after 1 year, then you have to re-test. Generally, unless someone turns their survey back in that they are not interested in a given opening, they only interview the top 3-5.
if, say, you are 7th, you have to wait for them to hire 2-4 people to be in the top 3-5 to get your interview...
i'm not that interested in an IT position anymore anyway. state jobs usually pay fairly decently and look at how hard it is to get a state job too, but i'm talking about working for corporations or other companies.
