Editing .pk3 maps

I want to make my own map for Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. I know that Radiant is out, but I was wondering if there's some kind of visual editor like SparkEdit (halo map editor) but for Wolfenstein. Or, is there a map format converter? Thanks in advance guys.

.pk3 is just an archive file. If you were to rename blahblah.pk3 to blahblah.zip you could open it in Winzip/Winrar/program of choice. Maps are in PAK files now because back in the old days they extracted textures, sounds, skies, etc into seperate folders, making maps more of a hassle. With PAK files they can all be in one file.
